Where can I buy your products?
Our products are currently available through the ZBAM website, sticko.com, gekkopodstore.com, and Amazon. Authentic products sold on Amazon will always be stamped
with our company’s logo. Pay attention, as fake products sold on Amazon will have no logo and are of much cheaper quality. Shops such as Aliexpress and eBay sell fake, unoriginal and old products, which will affect your experience as user. We do not take any responsibility on fake products which are sold on those platforms.
What payment options does ZBAM offer?
Currently, our only method of payment is possible through a Paypal online order. In addition, we are establishing a global call center so anyone can order through a phone line easily and freely.
Can I pay with my local currency?

How much does shipping cost and how long does delivery take?
We ship all over the world and offer flat rate shipping only, which varies in cost by country. We are committed to a 30-day shipment, but since we ship out on a daily basis, the package should arrive earlier. You will receive a tracking number through email where you can track the package and update its delivery status at any time. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns and Warranty:
I am not satisfied with one of your products, how can I return it?
If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your purchase — just send our friendly Customer Service an e-mail at email@example.com with your original order number and reason for the return and wait for further instructions! Returns will only be accepted if returned in perfect condition in full, original packaging. Due to their limited nature, we cannot accept products for refunds or exchanges for other styles.
Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in acceptable condition, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.
What happens if the product breaks?
There is a “Warranty period” of one year where we will repair or replace the product with a brand new one if there are signs of defect in materials and workmanship. We require an email providing a description of the alleged failure to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much weight is Sticko designed to carry?
Sticko is a high-quality product, with strong capabilities. The suction cups (vacuum) are made of the same material used in professional prestige diving masks that are resistant to heat, salt, water, etc. The product weighs 5gr and is capable of holding up to 500gr, which is 100 times its gross weight. In addition, we’ve added to every Sticko package our “super stickers”: strong, transparent unique stickers, which you can attach to any surface, smooth or not, and simply stick Sticko to it.
How do I setup my Gekkopod?
